Q. I'm having trouble when placing my order after I click "Secure Checkout", what can I do?

A. Our online shop is designed to work with all major browsers such as Internet Explorer, Firefox and Safari, but in some cases earlier versions of Internet Explorer (Version 8 and below) can take longer to link to our payment processing form. This can result in a white screen for a few moments before connection is made.

Alternatively, you can either email over what you are trying to order to sales@customark.co.uk or contact us on 01384 264700 and speak to one of our staff here at Customark with your problem (Office hours apply Monday - Thursday 08.00 a.m. - 16.00 p.m. and 08.00 a.m. - 13.30 p.m.)

 

Q. Can I have my own design produced with my own company details printed?

A. Our Shelf Wobbler website shows a selection of our more standard shapes and sizes which can be purchased online and printed using your own designs. If you require a size, shape or quantity not shown please email over your enquiry to sales@customark.co.uk with the size, print detail and quantity required we will send back a free of charge quotation.

 

Q. Do you offer bulk discounts?

A. Our website shows a few of our price breaks based on each product, but should you have a larger sizeable quantity of packs you wish to order, please contact us and we will be willing to look at bulk discounts.

 

Q. Can I split the total quantity ordered over multiple designs?

A. Yes, we can split the amount you order over more than one design, but this may incur and additional artwork charge dependent on the number of designs and what elements are sent to us.
